Sr. Clinical Medical Education Specialist (Vascular)

📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution of Medical Education programs for Penumbra vascular products.
• Collaborate with Medical Education leadership to align strategy.
• Partner with product team to align education with clinical messaging and marketing.
• Manage agenda, content, registrations, logistics, and on-site support.
• Ensure FDA/compliance with company guidelines; update templates and decks.
• Deliver quarterly updates to Area Directors and analyze program metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years medical education and clinical experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proactive communication and timely execution essential.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.
