Sr. Clinical Operations Lead (Clinical Trial Manager)

📋 Description

• Oversee CRAs and investigator sites per monitoring plan and GCP/ICH.
• Serve as primary liaison between CRAs and the clinical project team.
• Lead CRA training and conduct assessment visits.
• Implement enrollment and recruitment strategies.
• Prepare the monitoring plan and related study documentation.
• Oversee monitoring visits, site performance metrics, and issue escalation.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma/degree + 7-9 years related experience with ongoing training.
• Bachelor's degree + 4–6 years' experience with ongoing training.
• Health Sciences, Life Sciences or Nursing preferred.
• SoCRA and/or ACRP certification/designation preferred.
• Min 3 years CRA experience; strong EDC system experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.
