Sr. Clinical Portfolio Manager, Speech Therapy

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management and execution of the Speech Therapy program, ensuring deliverables
• Translate program strategy and clinical direction into tactical plans, initiatives, and workstreams
• Own and maintain the program's rolling 18-month roadmap and ensure alignment across relevant teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with clinical strategy, operations, analytics, client
• Ensure consistent program-management practices and adherence to internal service-level agreements.
• Track key performance indicators, including clinical accuracy, approval and denial trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Healthcare
• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure with an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
• 7+ years of combined clinical practice and program or project management experience, preferably
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with analytics or data teams and using performance information to support
