📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value, complex customer accounts, driving end-to-end collections
• Proactively engage customers via phone, email, and video calls to resolve overdue balances and
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to resolve billing
• Escalate and manage senior-level conversations with sales leadership and customer stakeholders on
• Maintain accurate collections forecasts, aging reports, and cash application records.
• Identify process improvements to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of collections experience, ideally within SaaS, FMCG, or Financial Services
• Demonstrated history of engaging at a senior sales management level to resolve account issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate confidently and
• Proven ability to manage a complex, high-value portfolio independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zuora (or equivalent enterprise CRM/ERP/Billing
