Sr. Commerce Platform Manager

📋 Description

• Own the compliance posture of partner onboarding and payout workflows, including partner identity
• Design, document, and maintain financial and operational controls across order lifecycle, billing
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Risk to translate regulatory and contractual requirements
• Lead remediation of compliance findings and drive systemic root-cause fixes for financially
• Evaluate new commercial constructs, partner models, and payment methods against payout
• Drive automation across partner onboarding, payout approvals, and disbursement workflows to enhance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in payments, fintech, or commerce platform roles, with deep, hands-on
• Comprehensive understanding of the global payments ecosystem, including payment service providers
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and operating financial and operational controls in an
• Working knowledge of relevant financial regulatory domains, including KYC/KYB, sanctions screening
• Demonstrated ability to own a technical platform roadmap and successfully deliver cross-functional
• Deep familiarity with order lifecycle, billing systems, and event-driven architectures sufficient
