🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and

• 4+ years of experience managing growth and profitability for a commercial insurance portfolio.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance sales, portfolio management, agency relationships, and
