• Technical Training: Become a Subject Matter Expert of da Vinci Surgical System and pre, intra and
• Clinical Training: Become a Subject Matter Expert across key specialties including general
• Sales Training: Become a Subject Matter Expert on Intuitive Clinical Sales Process and Sales
• Training Execution: Facilitate live and remote training during onboarding and other sales training
• Sales Team Enablement: Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve product knowledge and
• Program Management: Manage logistics, scheduling, materials preparation, and evaluation of training

🎯 Requirements

• Hindi and English speaker
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, life sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales and/or sales training, preferably in the medical device
• In-depth knowledge of robotic surgical systems technologies is highly desirable
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, with a focus on live facilitation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
