📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Commissioning Managers while providing direction and support to
• Oversee commissioning execution across a portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage projects
• Manage staffing priorities, site assignments, mobilization schedules, resource forecasts, and
• Develop and oversee project-specific commissioning strategies, plans, schedules, procedures
• Act as the senior escalation point for technical issues, safety concerns, schedule risks, resource
• Provide technical leadership during energization, system commissioning, troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Bring approximately 8 or more years of progressive experience in commissioning, electrical power
• Have direct commissioning or field-testing experience with utility-scale battery energy storage
• Demonstrate a successful track record of leading technical teams and coordinating multiple projects
• Possess a strong understanding of electrical power systems, including medium- and high-voltage
• Have practical knowledge of battery systems, power conversion systems, plant controls, EMS, SCADA
