📋 Description

• Manage Regional In-Person Events: Own end-to-end event logistics for CVM-led user groups, including
• Recruit & Enable Chapter Leads: Identify, recruit, and support customer volunteer Chapter
• Produce Virtual Sessions & Webinar Support: Oversee production for CVM-led virtual events.
• Execute Member & Event Communications: Draft pre- and post-event attendee messaging, survey
• Drive Reporting, Platform Governance & Promotion: Build event pages, track member
• Manage Financials & Procurement: Handle PO creation, Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), invoice

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B operational experience in customer community events, user groups, field marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or
• Proven track record executing regional customer events across concurrent timelines with strong
• Genuine enthusiasm for peer community as a primary lever for product adoption and customer
• Adaptability and comfort refining program processes as the community scales.
• Strong written skills and interpersonal judgment to communicate credibly with customer executives
