Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on complex offers with market context.
Lead or support annual processes including salary planning and equity reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
4-6 years in compensation or HR partner roles.
Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
Experience managing complex projects.
Excellent time management.
