Develop executive-ready analyses and decision materials framed by context and risks.
Design and scale compensation programs, processes, and tools.
Advise HR and leaders across client groups on compensation.
Monitor compensation trends and market practices for pay and equity decisions.
Evaluate pay and equity designs against guidelines and market data.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
12+ years of compensation, Total Rewards, HR, or advisory experience
Deep knowledge of market pay, governance, internal equity, and regulatory requirements
Advanced Excel and analytical modeling; synthesize large data sets
Foundational AI literacy; use AI-enabled tools responsibly
Three days per week onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
