📋 Description

• Supports and advises leaders on compensation matters
• Leads market benchmarking and annual salary-range reviews
• Conducts market pay analyses and budget assessments
• Recommends offers and pay actions; builds consensus
• Partners on job documentation and career architecture
• Trains managers on compensation practices and conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Compensation experience
• Experience with non-traditional compensation programs preferred
• Familiar with global compensation markets, practices and data
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, logical functions, pivot tables
• Strong analytical skills and independent analysis ability
• Ability to translate comp speak for all levels
