• Supports and advises leaders on all compensation matters
• Leads market benchmarking and annual salary range reviews
• Conducts market pay analyses and budget recommendations
• Makes offer approvals and pay action recommendations
• Partners on job documentation and career architecture
• Trains managers on compensation practices and conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of compensation experience
• Global compensation markets, practices and data familiarity
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas
• Strong analytical skills with independent analysis
• Ability to influence across levels and translate comp speak
• Experience leading projects and managing competing priorities
