📋 Description

  • Manage Sacramento region JOC programs using Simplebid platform.
  • Coordinate multiple JOC projects and tasks through procurement lifecycle.
  • Communicate with government agencies, clients, and contractors.
  • Train clients on Simplebid software and unit price book.
  • Prepare scopes of work, RFPs, price packages, and notices.
  • Track project progress and ensure contract compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years related experience, or 4+ years with a Bachelor's.
  • 3+ years JOC (Job Order Contracting) experience.
  • Construction and project management experience.
  • Public sector procurement and contract development experience.
  • Proven client-facing project management or owners' rep experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication; client-facing.
