Sr. Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Support federal construction project launches, ensuring alignment with contracts and standards
• Assist with baseline schedules, subcontractor onboarding, risk assessments, and mobilization
• Develop project startup resources like playbooks, workflows, templates, and SOPs
• Provide hands-on management support during early project execution
• Lead Procore implementation, configuration, training, and compliance
• Contribute to proposals, pre-construction planning, and transition-to-execution deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of federal construction project/program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Expertise in project startup, pre-construction, risk management, and project controls
• Hands-on Procore configuration and implementation experience
• Strong understanding of Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods
• Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time
