🎯 Requirements

12+ years in construction mgmt; owner/developer on large projects
Bachelor's in Construction Mgmt, Civil/Structural Eng, Architecture, or equivalent
On-site leadership for heavy civil, structural, envelope scopes
Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software proficiency
Strong leadership, communication, multi-project coordination
Willing to be on-site five days/week; travel to project sites
