Sr Construction Manager - Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) Medina

📋 Description

• Own CSA Execution: Hold General Contractor and CSA tier-1 trade partners accountable for civil
• Milestone Protection: Own CSA critical path, schedule, and quality metrics; escalate risks early.
• Cross-Discipline Coordination: Align CSA sequencing with GC, MEP, site logistics, and project team.
• Engineering & Quality: Audit CSA installations against Fleet design docs and quality benchmarks.
• Lead CSA milestones and sign-offs; manage sign-off process with campus leadership and consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or
• 12+ years of construction management experience, with focus on heavy civil earthwork, deep
• Strong leadership of CSA teams; experience directing Construction Managers and coordinating with GC
• Advanced proficiency with Procore (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling
• Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills; capable of leading multiple
• Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities is a plus.
