Sr. Construction Manager - MEP - PR

📋 Description

• Lead MEP delivery for Fleet data centers (Electrical, cooling, controls, life-safety, security).
• Own MEP discipline outcomes: scope, schedule, quality, safety, contractor accountability, commissioning, turnover readiness.
• Lead MEP discipline team; coordinate with Sr CM (CSA), Sr CM (BTM/Substation/BESS), Project Engineer; align with Director on campus program and budget.
• Milestone protection: own MEP critical path, schedule and quality metrics; mitigate risks.
• Cross-discipline coordination: MEP rough-in, systems integration, energization sequencing with Sr CM and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years CM experience in in-building MEP for large-scale, fast-track projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading direct reports and coordinating with GC/MEP trade partners on complex scopes.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and commissioning on campus data-center projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and construction scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and cross-discipline coordination skills.
