Sr. Construction Project Leader

📋 Description

• Lead CannonDesign's preconstruction and construction-phase leadership on a mega healthcare project
• Join the project during design and build the construction point of view into documents, including
• Lead internal construct-ability and coordination reviews at each design milestone, translating
• Lead value engineering and target value design discussions to ensure scope decisions are made with
• Interrogate the schedule (CPM logic, long-lead procurement, permitting, trade partner onboarding
• Participate in integrated and progressive delivery models, including validation, target cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or advanced degree
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in design and construction of large-scale, complex
• Registration or Licensure preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Progressive experience in a senior construction management role with direct accountability for
• Healthcare, Science & Technology, Education, Aviation and other complex facility experience.
