Sr. Consultant- Extended Workforce (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Lead client advisory engagements on Extended Workforce strategy.
• Assess current-state programs and define future-state solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and present executive-level recommendations and materials.
• Assess MSP, services procurement, and Extended Workforce programs.
• Design future-state operating models, governance, and funding.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Extended Workforce, MSP, or services procurement
• Client-facing consulting delivering assessments and advisory engagements
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce tech preferred
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to translate complex workforce challenges into practical solutions
