Sr. Consultant- Extended Workforce (Talent Pool)

📋 Description

• Advisory role on Extended Workforce strategy and operating model design.
• Discovery, assessment, and future-state design with senior leaders.
• Develop roadmaps across governance, processes, tech, and change.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement or consulting
• Client-facing advisory experience delivering assessments
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce tech preferred
• Strong workshop facilitation and exec communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
