Sr. Consultant, Professional Services - TS/SCI Cleared

📋 Description

• Provide onsite consulting and support to ScienceLogic customers
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot ScienceLogic appliances
• Collaborate with customer staff and act as SME for ScienceLogic products
• Lead on-site implementation activities as SME and Senior Consultant
• Advocate for customer needs, feature requests, and product direction
• Document activity in the department's ticketing system and knowledge base

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly required
• 10+ years in Federal space
• 7+ years in infrastructure monitoring or network management
• 5+ years Linux experience
• 3+ years MySQL experience
• Strong PowerShell, WMI, XML/SOAP
