📋 Description

• Shape communication throughout the patient journey by identifying what patients need to know, what
• Develop and test messaging concepts and positioning strategies, using data and patient feedback to
• Write clear, engaging copy for product experiences, emails, push notifications, and other
• Create content supporting key stages of the patient journey, including onboarding, ongoing care
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and lifecycle marketers to ensure product experiences
• Translate complex healthcare information into approachable, accessible language while partnering

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in content design, UX writing, or copywriting for a
• A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on writing across digital product experiences and customer
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex information clear, concise
• Strong editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail, including accuracy, grammar, and
• Experience using AI writing tools, including prompt development, voice and channel guidelines, and
• Enthusiasm for exploring new AI applications and improving content design workflows.
