Sr. Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of services contracts (RFP analysis, negotiation, closeout)
• Provide guidance on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and project teams to resolve contractual issues and support program success
• Support commercial, public sector, international, and federal contracts
• Contribute to development and improvement of contract management practices and tools
• Apply knowledge of FAR/DFAR and federal procurement processes where applicable; federal experience valued but not required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of contract administration experience
• Proven success negotiating and managing a variety of contract types
• Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, political science, or related field
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available
