Sr. Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Independently review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters
• Interpret contractual rights, obligations, and terms and conditions
• Work with Professional Services to track client contractual obligations
• Develop solutions to complex contractual problems

🎯 Requirements

• Business-minded; translate legal complexity into clear guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent
• 5–10 years negotiating complex contracts, including Fortune 200/500
• Familiar with CLM platforms (Ironclad preferred) and Salesforce
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
• Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
