📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end IRB meeting workflow, including reviewing incoming submissions, assigning
• Facilitate communication among client services teams, IRB Chairs, Board reviewers, and clients to
• Prepare meeting and post-meeting informed consent forms that accurately reflect Board concerns
• Conduct thorough pre-reviews and quality-control checks of consent forms to ensure compliance with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 2 years of IRB experience, or an equivalent combination of
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) certification, or the ability to obtain CIP certification within
• Advanced knowledge of federal laws, regulations, and guidelines governing human-subject research
• Demonstrated experience coordinating IRB activities, reviewing research submissions, and supporting
• Strong ability to interpret complex information, identify compliance concerns, and resolve issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
