• Lead commercial contract management: Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a broad range of

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree, supported by strong academic credentials. Must be
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience involving complex commercial transactions
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law, with demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing
• Familiarity with the federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Food, Drug, and Cosmetic
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, regulatory, operational, and commercial
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with
