Modernize board processes, committee charters, and governance policies
Architect and implement securities law framework (1933/34 Acts, Reg D, Rule 701)
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on internal controls and audit compliance
Manage securities offerings, financing, and stockholder relations
Advise on equity compensation (options, RSUs, awards)

🎯 Requirements

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
7+ years of corporate law experience
In-house counsel experience
Ability to register as in-house counsel in California
Experience representing mature private and public companies
Experience with securities law compliance
