Sr Corporate Events Manager

📋 Description

• Lead assigned programs end to end, owning the plan, the timeline, and the results
• Own planning and execution of assigned flagship events, coordinating session content, speakers
• Run trade shows and quarterly virtual event series, using documented playbooks
• Manage logistics and delivery for internal programs such as Revenue Kickoff and Quarterly Company
• Manage event budgets, contracts, agency and vendor relationships
• Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Campaign Managers on promotion

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent with some post-graduate work)
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end execution of large events (1,000+ attendees), ideally in
• Experience across multiple event formats, including trade shows, virtual events, executive or VIP
• Strong budget, contract, and vendor management skills
• Sound judgment and clear, proactive communication
• Familiarity with Cvent, Splash, Notion, SFDC, Google Suite, Slack
