Sr Costing Manager

📋 Description

• Contribute to global Sourcing Strategy and supplier network design.
• Lead regional implementation of the Global Sourcing Strategy; act locally.
• Lead a Costing Analysts team; set goals, manage performance, coach, ensure compliance.
• Provide 'Should Be' costs for NPD, Refresh and Carry-Forward items.
• Lead costing during Product Development to meet target costs; coordinate quotes.
• Perform regional benchmarking and landed-cost analysis to support sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Finance or related costing discipline.
• Practical knowledge of factory rates, time studies, product costing and local wages.
• Know cost drivers for toy manufacturing: molding, decoration, assembly, pack-out, resins, packaging.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• About 20% travel to regional factories.
• 5+ years in costing/manufacturing/sourcing; 3+ years in management.
