🎯 Requirements

4+ years post-qualification experience at top-tier firm or in-house.
Extensive track record managing high-value corporate/commercial transactions independently.
Strong understanding of UK corporate law, regulations, and cross-border data privacy.
Exceptional negotiation skills with creative problem solving.
Excellent communication translating legal risk into business guidance.
