Sr. Counsel, Compliance & Investigations

📋 Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end compliance investigations process, including conducting and managing
• Advise on and make recommendations for investigation outcomes, conduct root cause analysis and
• Promote best-practices relating to the conduct of investigations and fine-tune investigation
• Identify trends and themes, including in root causes and disciplinary results, including to drive
• Prepare and provide updates on investigations, trends and learnings, to internal stakeholders
• Drive embedding our “speak up” values more deeply into our corporate culture while ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school
• Experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal and compliance department
• Experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations for 7 or more years
• Must be admitted to the bar of at least one state with ability to provide legal services from state
• Excellent analytical skills and strong and clear verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-business teams
