Sr. Counsel, Development & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Provide legal guidance for large-scale datacenter and critical infra projects.
• Draft/negotiate land purchases, easements, leases, PPAs, interconnection, pipelines.
• Advise on zoning, permitting, environmental reviews, interconnections.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brief regulators on applicable matters.
• Negotiate EPC and construction contracts for infra buildout.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or foreign equivalent from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active licensed attorney.
• 7+ years of legal experience.
• 7+ years in real estate/land use or large-scale power/infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Texas regulatory env (PUC, Railroad Commission, air/water permits).
• Must be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and offices.
• This position is based in Starbase, TX and onsite; remote work not considered.
