Negotiate EPC, vendor, and utility contracts for buildout and power.

🎯 Requirements

JD or foreign equivalent from ABA-accredited law school.
Active licensed attorney.
7+ years of legal experience.
7+ years in real estate, land use, or large-scale power/utility infrastructure.
Must be admitted to the bar, in good standing, in at least one U.S. state.
Willingness to travel to project sites and offices for extended periods.
