Negotiate EPCs and vendor contracts for datacenter buildout and spaceport development.

🎯 Requirements

JD or foreign equivalent from ABA-accredited law school.
Active licensed attorney.
7+ years of legal experience.
7+ years in real estate/land use/large-scale infrastructure.
Knowledge of natural gas projects, PPAs, pipelines, and related agreements.
Willingness to travel to project sites; onsite in Bastrop, TX.
