Sr. Counsel, Labor & Employment Litigation

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of litigation with a focus on labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft pleadings; negotiate settlements.
• Identify legal risks and implement controls to mitigate them.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes.
• Lead labor/employment matters in court, arbitration, and admin proceedings.
• Meaningful first or second chair trial experience.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. state; onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
