Sr Customer Engineer - ANZ (Presales & Post Sales)

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition and product expansion.
• Drive measurable outcomes in customer health, retention, and expansion.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption across features and lines of business.
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers: planning, integrations, and training.
• Build playbooks; coach peers; use AI to accelerate content/workflows.
• Independently lead complex customer interactions and escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for customer relationships and building trust.
• 5-8 years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Eng, TAC, CE, or similar).
• Hands-on web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs; troubleshoot front-end.
• Experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with exec stakeholders.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables.
• Experience linking technical work to business outcomes (retention, ROI).
• Hands-on use of AI tools for account research and workflow automation.
• Experience mentoring junior technical teammates.
