Sr. Customer Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Customer Ops infra; manage HubSpot, properties, workflows, automations, integrations.
• Drive data quality; maintain accurate data across HubSpot and PandaDoc with governance.
• Build trusted reporting; dashboards for health, renewals, NRR, GRR, logo retention.
• Implement health frameworks: maintain scoring logic; improve data quality.
• Create operational documentation; SOPs, playbooks, governance.
• Optimize workflows via automation: HubSpot automation, AI-assisted workflows, Clay, Elvex Agents.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in Customer Success/Operations or similar.
• Hands-on HubSpot admin: workflows, automation, properties, lifecycle, reporting.
• Experience with customer health scoring, segmentation, or lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of NRR, GRR, and logo retention.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for customer performance.
• Comfortable using AI and automation tools (Make, Clay, Claude) to improve efficiency.
