Sr. Customer Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and product to align LM tech goals.
• Design scalable, robust technical solutions and maintain architecture docs.
• Lead POCs to test new features released by PDE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues beyond standard support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8+ years in a similar technical role.
• IT infra and/or software dev experience: compute, storage, DBs, networking, apps.
• Proficiency in virtualization/cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, plus Linux/Windows.
• Experience with virtualization products: VMWare, Hyper-V, Xen Server.
• Scripting: Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Ruby.
• Strong English communication and troubleshooting.
