Sr Cybersecurity Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the 24/7 SOC to monitor and rapidly respond to threats across all corporate environments.
• Maintain IR plan and serve as Incident Commander during security breaches.
• Conduct tabletop exercises to validate team readiness and build operational capabilities.
• Oversee threat hunting and develop custom detection logic for SIEM and EDR platforms.
• Manage SOC contractor team and provide guidance on daily operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or IT security, with at least 3-4 years in a management or lead role.
• Proven track record managing SOC operations and leading incident response efforts.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection, incident management, vulnerability mgmt, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or XSOAR.
• EDR/XDR expertise (CrowdStrike or SentinelOne).
