Sr. Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve BI tables and data models powering reporting.
• Develop and manage dashboards across Operations, Finance, BD, and Clinical Quality.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing reporting and analytics workflows.
• Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency.
• Support supply/demand planning and resource allocation across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, or finance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or CS
• SQL, Excel modeling, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode), and Python or R
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
