Sr. Data Analyst, Data & Audit Readiness

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the technical coordination and stewardship layer for shared datasets and systems in
• Spearhead governance and coordination around upstream schema and logic changes affecting downstream
• Support technical analysis and impact assessment during change management for audit visibility.
• Develop reusable audit-ready dataset patterns with automated validation and quality checks.
• Review datasets in scope for Audit; identify pain points and propose improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on Audit requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics or data engineering, preferably in fintech/payments/crypto with audit or
• Experience designing data architectures with governance, traceability, and audit requirements.
• Hands-on experience building production data pipelines; strong dbt and Airflow or similar tools.
• Strong SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, analytics) and proficient Python for pipelines.
• Experience documenting technical and business requirements, metadata, data dictionaries.
• Familiarity with data administration tasks: scheduling, error handling, troubleshooting ETL
