Sr. Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science with goals and product strategy
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to evaluate changes
• Translate analyses into dashboards and leadership-ready recommendations
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key metrics
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover insights
• Develop data pipelines powering automation, validation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in consumer products, digital media, or related industries
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical modeling, or forecasting
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
