Sr. Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate to technical specs for models.
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions from traditional ML to generative AI/LLM.
• Prepare and transform data to support model training, evaluation, and post-processing.
• Create clear reports and visuals to communicate results to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data/ML engineers to implement MLOps for monitoring and scalability.
• Proactively engage with customers and own model delivery and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent in engineering, CS, math, physics, or OR.
• 3-5+ years building models and algorithms for real-world data-driven optimizations.
• Deep knowledge of ML and statistics; DL/NLP/CV expertise.
• Python and SQL mastery; strong CS fundamentals.
• DS tooling: Python, NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Jupyter.
• XGBoost, time-series (Prophet) and other DS algorithms.
• Generative AI/LLMs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
