Sr. Data Scientist - Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Prototype fast: turn rough problems into working prototypes using RAG/LLM/agents
• Implement for production: produce production ready Python, typed and tested
• Ship with engineering: collaborate with platform engineers to deploy
• Own eval for AI work: run offline eval sets, LLM as judge checks, track regressions
• Use the right tool for the job: apply NLP/ML when fit, otherwise LLMS
• Learn and adapt fast: pull proofs, tests, and external research; course correct quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years total DS; 2-3 years in agentic AI; 2-3 years NLP/DS earlier
• Agentic AI: LLM inference, RAG, multi-agent frameworks
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy or in-house harness
• Production-grade Python and SQL; typed, tested code
• Evaluation: offline eval sets, LLM-as-judge, regression tracking
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Stats/Math; advanced degree a plus
