📋 Description

• Lead AI product lifecycle: identify pain points, KPIs, train models, measure impact.
• Design and run experiments (AB tests, causal inference) to validate features.
• Partner with PMs, Designers, Engineers to map business goals to AI roadmap.
• Build and maintain production-grade training pipelines and evaluation harnesses.
• Analyze production feedback to iteratively refine models and maximize value.
• Foster collaboration: mentor teammates and drive high-impact delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep product sense: define success metrics and measurable hypotheses.
• Experience with product analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Proven track record turning model outputs into business outcomes; communicate findings.
• Experience designing, training, shipping production AI models; transformers/LLMs.
• Fundamentals: attention, tokenization, embeddings, regularization; failure modes.
• Fine-tuning (LoRA/adapters), distillation, quantization, and instruction tuning.
• Bonus: recommender systems, self-supervised learning, or production LLM apps.
