📋 Description

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to draw insights and impact
Build ML cross-sell/upsell and recommender models
Create predictive churn models and signals to drive retention
Lead analytics lifecycle from objectives to automated reporting and visuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data science in processes
Present analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or 10+ years) experience
Expert in Applied AI, ML, statistics, propensity modeling, churn, and recommenders
Proficient in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
Strong programming in Python or R
Proficient in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau)
Experience communicating analysis clearly to others
