Sr. Data Scientist II (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Design and ship AI sub-agents across the customer lifecycle with models
• Build predictive and prescriptive models for churn, growth, and health
• Develop data foundations and knowledge layers for sub-agents, privacy-first
• Design sub-agent tools, retrieval, grounding; decide when to act, defer, or escalate
• Create evaluation harnesses to test readiness and catch production issues
• Define metrics and experiments for sub-agent rollouts and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (10+ with degree) in a quantitative field
• Deep ML expertise: gradient boosting, transformers, embeddings, causal ML
• Strong causal inference for lifecycle modeling: uplift, DID, propensity scoring
• Statistics and experimental design: hypothesis testing, power analysis
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM/agent systems to production
• Production ML: feature engineering, pipelines, monitoring, drift, retraining
