📋 Description

Design, build, and maintain highly available, high-performing MySQL databases.
Support production DBs across global data centers.
Support MySQL replication and clustering.
Monitor production DBs, perform tuning, manage backups.
Troubleshoot DB issues to ensure high availability.
Develop tools to automate database tasks.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years designing and administering MySQL in production.
Experience with Percona Server and Percona XtraDB Cluster.
Knowledge of MySQL replication including master-master.
Backup/recovery strategies including Percona XtraBackup.
Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) and performance tuning; EXPLAIN optimization.
2+ years Python and/or Shell scripting.
