Sr. Demand Planner

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a rolling 12-month, item-level demand forecast covering
• Analyze historical sales and order data, customer forecasts, market signals, promotions, pricing
• Consolidate, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple internal systems and customer
• Track forecast accuracy and bias, investigate variances, identify root causes, and implement
• Prepare and coordinate Sales and Operations Planning meetings, including data preparation
• Maintain forecasting parameters, product hierarchies, customer mappings, and forecast inputs while

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, business
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Supply
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with relevant business systems and Microsoft applications.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to draw
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate, clean, validate, interpret, and reconcile information from
